When using this machine, sorting conveyor operators no longer have to manually open these waste bags before sorting the input material. The bag opener is most often included in the technological set after the input filling conveyor. The material then passes through the bag opener and continues to be processed and sorted into individual types of plastic waste depending on the scope of the sorting line.
The machine is placed in the technological set on an adaptable stationary stand, the design of which is modified depending on the dimensional layout of the line. The machine can be moved on its stand, if necessary, so that we can decide on either the option of inclusion or exclusion from the line configuration. All depending on the nature of the material being sorted.
Roztržení pytle v pracovním prostoru Bag openeru probíhá mezi dvěma rotory. První z rotorů jednotlivé odpadní pytle zachytává v pracovním prostoru stroje. Druhý rotor vybavený trhacími disky jednotlivé pytle rozrušuje. Pro potřeby údržby a čistění stroje oba jeho boky vybavujeme dvoukřídlými servisními dveřmi s blokovacím zařízením.
