1. General Provisions

The controller of your personal data is DEOS Technology s.r.o., company ID: 054 99 593, with its registered office at Rybalkova 543, 551 01 Jaroměř, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Hradec Králové, Section C, File No. 37949 (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”).

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter the “Policy”) governs the manner in which the Controller processes personal data of visitors to the website www.deostech.cz in compliance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (“GDPR”) and Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the Processing of Personal Data.

The Controller has not appointed a Data Protection Officer, as such an obligation does not arise due to the nature of its activities.

  • Data from concluded contracts and invoices: according to legal requirements, typically 10 years

  • Analytical cookies: up to 26 months

  • Marketing cookies: up to 2 years or until consent is withdrawn

  • Technical logs: 30–180 days
