Belt Conveyors for Efficient Material Transport
Our belt conveyors are available in a range of designs – from lightweight sliding models to trough conveyors or roller-section systems with two or three supporting rollers. Each conveyor is custom-designed in terms of length, width, and incline, to suit the handled material and the customer’s specific requirements.
Belts can be made from PVC, PU, or rubber. Depending on the material and incline, conveyors can be fitted with cleats, ribbed cleats, or sidewall profiles to improve stability and safety during transport.
Additional options include protective covers, a non-magnetic zone for metal separator installation, end separation rollers, or a speed control system to adjust conveyor speed.
Sliding Belt Conveyors DPK
The DPK series is designed for transporting both bulk and piece materials. These conveyors feature a self-supporting frame with a sliding belt section. This type is ideal for lighter materials where high load capacity is not required
Sliding conveyors typically use low-friction PVC or PU belts, ensuring smooth and quiet operation.

Roller Belt Conveyors DPV
The DPV series conveyors are designed for heavier bulk or piece materials, with higher bulk density and throughput requirements. These conveyors feature a self-supporting frame with a roller section , where the belt runs smoothly over one, two, or three support rollers.
Durable rubber belts are used for these conveyors, and on request, they can be supplied with a ribbed surface to improve grip and stability of the transported material.
