Chain Conveyors for Efficient Material Transport
Chain conveyors consist of by a pair of roller chains connected by transverse profiles. The chains run along the sides of the conveyor, and a rubber belta rubber belt to the cross profiles, on which the material is transported.
There are also chain conveyors without a belt, where the material is transported by scrapers in a steel trough – either on the upper or lower strand. Another variant is slat conveyors, where the material is carried on slats fixed directly to the side chains.
Chain conveyors are often designed in L-shaped or Z-shaped layouts, with the lower horizontal section recessed below floor level. This facilitates loading and handling of materials. These conveyors are characterised by high load capacity, reaching up to 700 kg/m of conveyor.
With many years of experience in designing chain-belt conveyors for continuous operation lines, DEOS Technology s.r.o. has developed an innovative solution for a critical part of these conveyors – a mechanically detachable connection between the chain and the transverse profile, ensuring reliable and trouble-free operation of the entire line.
Chain Belt Conveyors DPR
Chain Belt Conveyors DPR DPR series is designed for transporting piece and very heavy materials. They feature a self-supporting frame, with belt sections that can be straight or angled according to transport and installation needs.
For feeding the hoppers of automatic horizontal presses, the discharge section of the conveyor is often angled to zero or a negative slope. This allows more controlled feeding of bulky or oversized waste into the press hopper – a solution commonly known as the “swan neck”.

Scraper Conveyors DPH
The DPH series of beltless chain conveyors is used for transporting bulk or abrasive materials. A transverse-mounted scraper is pulled along an interchangeable steel trough, carrying the material forward.
These conveyors are robust, easy to maintain, and ideal for demanding industrial environments.
Slat Conveyors DPL
The DPL series is specially designed for transporting Euroboxes in automotive production lines. They operate automatically using sensors and light barriers and can also run in reverse.
Thanks to their modular design, additional equipment can be integrated into these conveyors, such as active turntable roller sections, hydraulic lifting tables, or other accessories that improve material handling efficiency.
